Development & Strategy

Our first step was to establish a clear development strategy to identify new opportunities to grow the organization and deliver BTST’s central mission; to impact at-risk youth through the sport of wrestling.

As well as the creative tasks - listed below - we took a central role establishing BTSTs development needs both in the day to day and the long term.

Working with our “our woman on the ground”, Consultant Mariana Cuvalo, we took advantage of our experience in the not for profit sector to help strengthen the organization through strategic partnerships in private and public life.

We also defined a clear fund-raising strategy, based on many hours research into best practices for bundling a sustainable social entreprise and to date have raised close to $400k.
